http: optimize HTTP request thread we don't need a mutex at all, in fact all we need is an atomic boolean to signify whether the thread is cancelled. curl options are now for the most part handled by a separate function to keep them in sync between non-threaded and threaded implementations

This is just like any typical cmake-based project.

To install, it's as simple as:
	1). cmake ..
			Configures the build, finds Qt and the necessary runtime libraries.
	2). make
			Builds the package.
	3). make install
			Installs the package. Use a suitable permission escalator like sudo
			or doas.

On Windows, you'll probably want to use a Unix-like environment such as msys2
or Cygwin. No other environments have been tested yet.
