	My primary isp has been experiencing intermittent outages; during these
	outages the mercurial server will be unavailable to the internet.

	Luckily, the main web server is hosted via sourcehut, so any problems
	will not extend there, and are only applicable to the mercurial server
	and the other self-hosted subdomains (mc, jellyfin). Unfortunately
	there's nothing I can do atm.
